2026 Randolph Community Garage Sale May 16

The Randolph Music Department will be hosting a community garage sale event on May 16, 2026 to raise money for their music trip in March 2027. If you are interested in renting a space for the sale please contact band director Jackie Sczepanski at sczepanskij@district195.org, 507-263-2151.

What we will provide:

Indoor location for you to sell your personal or craft items

A 10x10 space in the gym for you to set up. Multiple spaces may be rented!

Advertising on social media and in the Cannon Falls Beacon

Time to set up your space on Friday, May 15 from 6:00-9:00pm and Saturday, May 16 from 6:30am-9:00am.

Students to help load and unload your car on the day of set up and after the sale.

We will provide 2 folding chairs

A map with a listing of what items are at each booth.

What you provide:

Your own tables or whatever you want to place your items on to display and sell.

Someone to sell your items in your booth.

Your own cash box

Set-up and take down (all items must be removed from the school by 6:00pm the day of the sale.)

You get to keep all the money from your sales.

What can you sell?

You can sell clothing, toys, books, shoes, tools, craft items, antiques, etc anything that you would sell at a garage sale! (No furniture, weapons, drug, or alcohol items)

Booth Cost:

10 x 10 Space = $25

20 x 10 Space = $50

30 x 10 Space = $75

40 x 10 Space = $100

Booth space info: You will be provided with a 10’x10' space. Configure your display or tables however you want within your space. Keep in mind that electrical plug-ins are limited. If you will be bringing in items that might scratch the gym floors please bring something to protect the floor with. Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis by receipt of payment. The North Gym will be filled first and then the South Gym followed by the band room, choir room, and hallways should we need the space.

Other Info:

We will send you a confirmation email after you register. This email will contain additional information.

No direct sales vendors (Tupperware/Avon/Pampered Chef/etc..) at this sale.

We will need a minimum of 30 booths rented by April 1, 2026 for the sale to happen. All registration money will be returned if we do not meet our minimum. Cash or checks accepted. Checks can be made out to Randolph Music Department.

Payment can be mailed or dropped off at Randolph High School, PO Box 38, Randolph, MN 55065 or you can call Duvae Otte in the Community Education office and pay by credit card. A processing fee for credit cards will be added.

Deadline to register for a space is April 1, 2026
