James Stanley “Jim” Fleming was born on October 23, 1936, in Randolph and died on Thursday morning, May 12, 2022, at the age of 85 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen (Robinson) Fleming; wife, Eileen; son, Daniel; brothers, John and Jay; and sisters, Janice and baby Jane.
He is survived by a special loving friend, Sharon Wood; sons, Harlan “Buzz” (Carol), Jim (Renee), Steve (Anna), Brad (Julie), Brian (Stacy), and Bill; 19 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Jerry, Joe (Sue), and Joanne (Gerald) Goodrich; many nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Al Swee and special niece, Kim (Fleming) Gross.
A special thank you to Brian and Stacy for taking Dad to their home, and for their love and care. Our family very much appreciates it.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 21 from 3:00-7:00 pm at Lundberg Funeral Home, 5839 Hwy 19 Blvd, Cannon Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to donor’s favorite charity.
Interment will take place at Lakeside Cemetery, Randolph.
