True Blue Week

During the week of February 12 - 15, students, faculty, and staff came together to celebrate True Blue Week. True Blue week is about the Rocket community coming together with integrity, pride and unity. During the week staff and students participated in four challenges, earning points along the way for their grade levels. The challenges included, donating to the Randolph Food Shelf, a penny war, no Wi-Fi Wednesday, and completing ticket challenges. Staff and students also earned points for their class by participating in the dress up days. The overall winners of the week were First Place: 8th Grade, Second Place: 7th Grade and Third Place: 9th Grade.

The highlight of True Blue Week was undoubtedly the $2,000 the students raised participating in a Penny Wars. Money raised from the Penny Wars was donated to the Cannon Falls American Legion, to support veterans in need and to aid in sending care packages to our brave troops at home and overseas. True Blue Week was organized by the Randolph Leadership Academy under the supervision of Randolph Assistant Principal/Activities Director Mike Schmidt.
