Chad Otterness has recently been awarded the Spark Grant at Hastings High School in Hastings, Minnesota! Chad is a special education teacher at Hastings Schools.
The Spark Grant is provided by the St. Croix Valley Foundation.
The $3,000 grant will help to fund the purchase of reading materials for special education related programming and other initiatives that will enhance students' reading levels.
